Claims made for
negligence committed during the conduct of their professional activities and duties; and
the costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defence or settlement of any claims or situations which may give rise to claims covered by the policy; and
claims made against the insured for fraudulent or dishonest acts or omissions committed by the insured during the course of their professional activities and duties.
